Q: Do I have to arrange for my appliances to be disconnected?
A: Yes, and Hampton Court Moves will be happy to recommend a qualified service engineer

Q: How much does your insurance policy cover?
A: you are covered for up to £50,000 for any one load!

Q: If I want to pack myself, am I covered under your insurance?
A: Yes. Hampton Court Moves has a special policy to insure your items even if you pack them yourself

Q: What time will you arrive to move us?
A: We leave our base at 8.00 am on the move date, arriving at your property between 8.30 am and 9.00 am unless otherwise advised or arranged. Our aim is to have you packed and loaded on to our vehicles by midday, allowing extra time for unforeseen hitches

Q: Do you dismantle beds, wardrobes, desks, workstations, etc?
A: Yes. Every removal team arrives equipped with all the necessary tools to dismantle most items.

Q: Will you be careful with my furniture, paintwork and treasured items?
A: By taking a little more time and effort when moving your items, we can ensure as little damage as possible, avoiding any upset to our customers and the need for insurance claims
